At SNEEK, customer happiness comes first. Every product is freshly made, quality-checked, and packed with care. In case something doesn't work out, we offer a simple and fair return/exchange policy.


Eligibility & Timelines

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging.

Requests made after 2 days from delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and quality-control standards.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged in transit


Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos.

After verification, we will arrange a:

Full refund


No questions asked.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Limited-time promotional items
  • Customized or special edition items
  • Free gifts / bundles
